Entry to Savers’ prize draw run via TikTok, Facebook and Instagram (the 12 days of Christmas “Prize Draw”) is open to UK residents aged 16 and over, except employees of Savers Health and Beauty Limited (“Savers”) or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. Use of TikTok shall be governed by the TikTok standard terms and conditions. Use of Facebook shall be governed by the Facebook standard terms and conditions. Use of Instagram shall be governed by the Instagram standard terms and conditions.

4. The promotional period runs from 00:00 on 1 December 2021 to 23:59 on 192 December 2021 (the “Promotional Period”).
5. To enter the Prize Draw, follow the instructions within the TikTok, Facebook or Instagram Savers social media post, click the link and complete the online entry form.

7. There will be one (1) prize winner per day of the Prize Draw with a total of twelve (12) winners over the Promotional Period. The winner for each day will be selected at random from all eligible entries within seven (7) days of the end of the Promotional Period. Savers will notify the winners via the email address submitted as part of the Prize Draw entry.
8. There is a limit of one entry per person per prize. Multiple entries on the same day or that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
9. Unless otherwise stated, the winners must claim their prizes within 14 days of notification. If they do not do so, then Savers reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
10. The prizes will be sent by Special Delivery post within 28 days of the winners claiming their prize(s) and providing their details to Savers.
11. Any decision of Savers as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Savers accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of www.tiktok.com or any other reason.

16. The surname and the county of the winners will be available on request for one month after the prizes have been claimed by sending an email to savers.marketing@uk.aswatson.com. Winners may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to savers.marketing@uk.aswatson.com at any point up until they claim their prize. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
17. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Savers in accordance with Savers’ Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at www.savers.co.uk/acc/privacypolicy, for administering the Prize Draw and to send you personalised offers and news.
18. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
19. Entrants acknowledge and accept TikTok, Facebook and Instagram will not have any liability to the entrants and the entrants and winners fully release TikTok, Facebook and Instagram from any liability in connection with the Prize Draw.
