1. Entry to Savers prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) run via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter (each a “social media platform”) is open to UK residents aged 16 and over, except employees of Savers Health and Beauty Limited (“Savers”) or any related companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the Prize Draw.
3. To enter the Prize Draw, you must: a. Search for ‘Savers Christmas’ in the App Store or Play Store and download the app. b. Select your Christmas filter and take a snap or use the front facing camera to take a selfie! c. Post it on your Facebook, Instagram or Twitter account from the app using the hashtag #MerrySavers by 23:59 on 31/12/2019.
4. The app requires an iPhone 6s or later with iOS11 or later, or Android 7 or later with the Google Play Store installed.
5. There is a limit of one entry per person per social media platform. Multiple entries on one social media platform or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.
6. Social media accounts must be made public so the entry can be viewed.
7. There will be one (1) overall winner who will be chosen from all entries across all social media platforms.

9. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries by 07/01/20 and notified on the relevant social media platform the same day.
10. Unless otherwise stated, the winner must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification. If they do not do so, then Savers reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The prize will be sent by Special Delivery post within twenty eight (28) days of the winner claiming their prize and providing their details to Savers.
12. Any decision of Savers as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Savers accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of the app, www.instagram.com, www.facebook.com, www.twitter.com or any other reason.
13. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
14. Prize images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products, sizes or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Savers reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
15. Savers reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.
16. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions and Instagram’s, Facebook’s and Twitter’s terms of service.
17. The winner’s full name and county will be available on request between 22/01/20 and 21/02/20 by sending an email to savers.marketing@uk.aswatson.com. Entrants may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to savers.marketing@uk.aswatson.com by 21/01/20. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.
18. All entrants confirm that they are the creators and owners of the image which they submit as part of the Prize Draw. Entrants agree that they have obtained any necessary consents, including permission from any third parties featuring in the entry.
19. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants assign their rights and interests in the entry to Savers. Savers may use the entry for their own purposes, including the right to adapt the entry and to use it for commercial gain. In particular, Savers will share the winning photo via Instagram stories.
20. By entering the Prize Draw, all entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Savers for the sole purpose of administering this Prize Draw and in accordance with Savers Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at www.savers.co.uk/privacy-cookies-policy.
21. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
22. All entrants fully release Facebook, Instagram and Twitter from any liability in connection with the Prize Draw.
23. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, associated or administered by Facebook, Instagram or Twitter and you are providing information to Savers NOT Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
