Savers would like to thank our customers for your continued support, patience and understanding during these difficult times.

We would like to thank you for the kindness and compassion you have shown our team members who are working so hard in these exceptional circumstances.

Our top priority remains to provide customers with the products they need most, whilst keeping our teams and communities safe.

With many non-essential retailers now re-opening and the high street slowing coming back to life, we are very much looking forward to welcoming more customers through our doors.

I’d like to re-assure you that we have implemented extra safety measures in all our stores to make your shopping experience as safe and pleasant as it possibly can be during this unprecedented time, should you wish to pay us a visit in person.

From the start of lockdown, our priorities have remained the same – to keep our colleagues and customers safe, whilst also providing excellent value on every day essential products, both online and offline.

We will continue to focus on widening our online offer going forward, and provide our customers with the ability to order their most-loved products and have them delivered straight to their door without leaving the house. At Savers, we want to ensure our great value products are accessible to everyone, no matter the circumstance, and will continue to work hard to ensure this happens.

I would personally like to thank all our customers for their patience and understanding during this extremely difficult time and I’m sure you’ll all agree that we’re all stronger together.

Store Opening Times

In the current climate we are working hard to keep as many stores trading as possible, as a result our trading hours may need to be amended locally at short notice.

I’m nervous about visiting a store, what extra safety measures have you implemented?

Our colleague and customer safety will always remain our top priority.

We have implemented a one way system in all our stores, along with social distancing floor markings to help you stay apart from others whilst you shop. We have also installed Perspex screens at till points to help keep our colleagues safe. Our teams have also been provided with cleaning products and PPE, dedicated solely for store and colleague use to ensure they feel safe and comfortable during their shift.

You will also notice a lovely smiley face greeting you at the door - we have dedicated one colleague from each store team to monitor the amount of customers in our shops at one time. Please be patient if you’re asked to queue, this is for everyone’s peace of mind and safety. You will be rewarded with a cleaned, sanitised basket on your entry, along with a shop FULL of great value products!

What’s your returns policy?

We hope you’ll love your Savers order, but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 28 days of receipt.

How do I get a returns label?

You can either return your items to your local store or send back to us using the Free Post Label. Your Free Post Label can be found in your Order History under My Account when you log in. At the bottom of each of your orders is a link, "Download your free returns label here". You can then print this out and use to return your order/item(s) to us.
