Jerome Russell Bblonde Platinum Toner. No ammonia, no peroxide. Non-permanent, lasting up to 8 washes. To use on pre-lightened or blonde hair.
Wash hair and dry thoroughly. Apply all over hair and leave for a maximum of 30 minutes.
Refresh the shade and condition of your blonde hair in one wash!
