Terms & Conditions for Lenor Competition Prize Draws

• 1. Entry to Savers’ Lenor Competition prize draw run via our website (the “Prize Draw”) is open to GB residents (excluded Northern Ireland) aged 18 and over, except employees of Savers Health and Beauty Limited (“Savers”) or any related companies, Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Prize Draw.


• 2. To enter the Prize Draw, you must provide a valid Savers receipt number or online order number proving purchase of a Lenor 570g scent booster between 00:01 on 17/08/2022 and 23:59 on 27/09/2022, along with full completion of the entry form on our website found at www.savers.co.uk/lenorcompetition by 23:59 on 27/09/2022.


• 3. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries or entries that are delivered late, are illegible, incomplete, damaged or otherwise not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Entries made through agents, third parties, organised groups or any entry duplication method will not be accepted.


• 4. There will be 250 prize winners.


• 5. Of the 250 winners:


• a. 30 winners will receive will receive one holiday voucher worth £1,000;
• b. 110 winners will receive UberEats voucher worth £40; and
• c. 110 winners will receive Cineworld voucher worth £40.


• 6. The following restrictions apply to the prizes:


• a. Holiday vouchers:
• i. Holiday vouchers will be provided by Up on Cloud Nine and all travel must be booked and completed at least 12 months from initial contact with Cloud Nine Incentives.
• ii. The holiday voucher must be used against one holiday, including travel and accommodation. It is recommended that holiday insurance is purchased at time of booking and the voucher may be used against this cost.
• iii. Holidays can be chosen from any ABTA bonded tour operator, bookable through Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd (i.e. excluding direct sell companies). All bookings must be made through: Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, The Station, 7 High Street, Olney, Bucks, MK46 4EB. Tel: (0845) 121 4765 or email info@uponcloudnine.co.uk, ABTA No. L9097. Please allow where possible a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice in which to book your prize - please allow more if possible. All dates and destinations are subject to availability and therefore early booking is advised.
• iv. Any changes made to the booking after confirmation will incur an amendment charge.
• v. The travel budget may not be taken in cash or Travellers Cheques either in part or full.
• vi. All holidays are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual supplier.
• vii. Any physical vouchers must be returned to Cloud Nine Incentives at time of booking in order to validate your prize.
• b. UberEats vouchers will be a gift card valid for 12 months; and
• c. Cineworld vouchers will be valid for 24 months from date of purchase.


• 7. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries by 28/09/2022 and notified within 7 days by email / telephone.


• 8. Unless otherwise stated, the winners must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If they do not do so, then Savers reserves the right to offer the prize to an alternative winner selected in accordance with these terms and conditions.


• 9. The prizes will be sent by Special Delivery post within 28 days of the winners claiming their prize and providing their details to Savers.


• 10. By entering the Prize Draw entrants acknowledge that certain elements of the prize are outside of Savers’ control and Savers will not be liable for any such instances.


• 11. Any decision of Savers as to eligibility to take part in the Prize Draw or the result of the Prize Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. Savers accepts no responsibility for entries that are incomplete, late, delayed, lost, damaged or illegible whether due to failure or non-availability of www.instagram.com or any other reason.


• 12. The prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.


• 13. Prize images used are for visual purposes only. Alternative products, sizes or colours may be substituted for the items shown. Savers reserves the right (but is not obliged) to substitute an alternative to any of the prizes of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.


• 14. Savers reserves the right to delay, postpone or cancel the Prize Draw.


• 15. Entry implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.


• 16. The winners’ surnames and counties will be available on request for one month after the prize(s) have been claimed by sending an email to savers.marketing@uk.aswatson.com. Entrants may object to the disclosure of this information by sending an email to savers.marketing@uk.aswatson.com at any point up until they claim their prize. The information shall nevertheless be made available to the Advertising Standards Authority upon request.


• 17. By entering the Prize Draw, entrants agree that their personal data will be used by Savers for the sole purpose of administering the Prize Draw and in accordance with Savers’ Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy can be found at www.savers.co.uk/acc/privacypolicy.


• 18. All elements of the prizes are being provided by Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd, and Savers is acting solely as the promoter of the Prize Draw. Personal data may be passed on to Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd for the sole purpose of prize fulfilment.


• 19. The winners may be required to participate in non-paid publicity or advertising relating to the Prize Draw, which may include having their photograph taken for promotional and press purposes and the winners agree to participate if requested.


• 20. The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
