Apply moisturiser and then take the L’Oreal ‘Nude Magique Blur Cream’ (£9.99) and apply all over face as a primer.
Now apply your foundation and concealer.
To achieve the perfect orange lip look, you need to remember your lip liner! This is what holds it all together and stops it straying and blending onto your skin. So use the Gosh ‘Velvet Touch Lip Liner in Flirty Orange’ (£4.99). Outline your lips with this until you look as funny as I do.
To blend in the lip liner, start to colour in the rest of your lips but do it lighter each time you get closer to the middle of your lips. Then take the GOSH ‘Velvet Touch Lipstick in Flirty Orange’ (£6.49).
Apply to the lips and don’t go out the lines!
Using the Max Factor ‘Excess Volume Mascara’ (£12.99). Use end 1 first and apply this all over the lashes with upward strokes. You also want to do a little wiggle with the wand as you are brushing upwards. Apply this to the bottom lashes too. Now use end 2 and do the same. This product is great as I use two mascaras anyway so this is two mascaras in one! Two different wands in one product.
For the achieved look, apply a bronzer to the cheekbones but not a blusher. ENJOY LOOK!
After moisturising, apply your foundation and concealer. Take the Collection ‘Work The Colour Eyebrow Kit’ (£3.99) and dab the angled side of the brush it into the dark, medium or light colour depending on your hair colour and skin colouring. Once you have loaded your brush with the powder, give it a blow to dust off any excess. Draw an outline around your brows, following your own shape or drawing a new one. Don’t forget the arch. The arch is the most important bit of your brows as it gives your face shape.
Now fill in the outline. Use brush strokes as if you’re drawing tiny little dashes each time as you don’t want it totally filled in, you want it to look like actual hairs. Here you can extend your brows to make them look longer if you wish. Using an eyebrow brush, brush your brows as this brushes out excess product and helps it look like brush strokes. Using the ‘Clear Brow Mascara’ that comes in the Eyebrow Kit, take the wand and brush through your brows.
Take your Maybelline Colour Tattoo 24hr eye shadow in Everlasting Navy (£4.99). Using your finger instead of a brush because it is like a cream and there is no better tool than your fingers. Dab it into the colour and apply to lid. Applying this all over the bottom lid.
Use a clean finger to start blending towards the upper lid. Keep doing this until you reach a darkish colour on your bottom lid. You want it quick thick as I feel it goes on thinly. But don’t forget to blend as this is the most important bit.
Using Rimmel ‘Kate Eye Rocks Mascara in Rock Sapphire’ (£7.49), apply to lashes. Use upward strokes to help curl the eyelashes. Apply as little or as much as you want. Don’t forget to apply to bottom lashes too. Apply a second coat of the eye shadow to try to build up the colour. Apply it thicker near the lash line. Using a cotton bud, apply the eye shadow to the bud and apply this to the bottom lash line. Only apply up to the pupil. Blend with the clean end. Apply until desired.
To create a shape to the eyes. Using eye shadow side of the cotton bud, draw a slight line past the crease of the lid. Blend this so you can only just see the line. You want this to look like a flick.
For the finished look, apply a little bit of black eye shadow to the edges and the lash line. Also line your top and bottom water line. ENJOY LOOK!
After applying moisturiser, your favourite foundation and concealer. Take the Boujois ‘Colour Edition 24hr in Kaki Cheri’(£6.99). Dab your finger into the pot and apply a sufficient amount onto the lid. Apply this all over the lid and even onto the upper lid. Don’t go right to the brow line though and you want to leave room for highlighting the arch. Don’t be stingy with the eye shadow as it goes on lightly.
Take a cotton bud and dab it into the pot of eye shadow, now run the cotton bud along the bottom lash line. Right from corner to corner. Using the clean end, blend this and repeat.
Now, using the ‘B.Sculpted Contour Kit’ (£10.49). Using a thin powder brush, dab it into the dark colour and pull your best fish face!! This is a must to get those cheek bones out. Apply the darker colour under the cheekbones right up to the hair line. Apply some darker contour colour to the brush and apply this on the ball of your chin and under.
Adding more dark colour to your brush, run this on the corners of your forehead and your temples. Using a CLEAN foundation brush. Dab the brush into the highlighter. Apply this to the top of your cheek bones. Above the darker colour you applied. Dab your brush into the highlighter again and run your brush under your eyebrows and above. Also in the centre of your chin and down the middle of your nose. Not forgetting to highlight under the cheekbones. Take a small contour slanted brush and dab into the dark colour and run this down the sides of your nose.
Dab your finger into the highlighter and apply to the middle of your lips to make them look fuller! Using Maybelline ‘ColourSensational Lipstick in Tantalizing Taupe’ (£6.99), apply this to the lips.
To achieve the full look, apply black eyeliner to the upper and lower water line. ENJOY LOOK!
Pastel & Hot Nails For whatever your mood this season there is a nail trend for you. From pastel to hot bright colours don’t forget a top coat to finish!
