- Before first use, check that the cap-ring seal is intact, then shake the bottle well.
- For babies aged 1–6 months, give one 5 ml spoonful during or after a feed, up to 6 times in 24 hours.
- For babies aged 6–12 months, give two 5 ml spoonfuls during or after a feed, up to 6 times in 24 hours.
