Online Returns Procedure

We hope all our customers are happy with their Savers order but if for whatever reason you do need to return your order you can do so, as long as the items you wish to return are in an unused and resalable condition and returned within 28 days of receipt.

This excludes the following:

  • perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
  • medicines
  • items personalised for you
  • sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery (unless these items were damaged or faulty when delivered to you or have been incorrectly delivered)

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

    You can either return your items to your local store or send them back via post using a Royal Mail freepost return label. Simply follow the instructions on the Royal Mail website, here.

    Returning all or part of your order to store is easy; all you need to do is bring the following:

  • A print out of your Returns Summary (you can find this in the Order History section of "My Account", or click on the link in your order dispatch email)
  • The payment card used to place the order.

  • Return by post

    You can also easily return all or part of your order by post for free, just follow these instructions:

  • To begin returning your parcel to us by post, you will need to go to the Royal Mail Website here. There you will need to print out a freepost label by following the instructions. You will be asked to pick a retailer and to fill out some details about your order.
  • Once you have done this Royal Mail will generate your freepost label.
  • Now you can print off your label and take it, with your order, to your local Post Office.
  • When you use our Freepost Returns Label, postage is free for parcels under 5kg in weight and 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in size. Any parcels that exceed the weight and size will be charged at standard Royal Mail.
  • Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office.

    We will send you an e-mail to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 5 working days from receipt of this email for this credit to appear on your account.

    Savers is only able to offer exchanges to eligible website purchased products when returned to store. We are unable to offer exchanges on website products returned to our warehouse.
