With Vitamins C & D and Zinc to support immune defences, these nutrients support the health of 3–11-year-olds helping them be ready to tackle the day. Each one-a-day gummy contains Vitamin D at the level recommended by the UK Department of Health and Social Care for children 1 - 4 years to take daily throughout the year and children over 4 years to take daily in Autumn and Winter.
