Warning or Restrictions
- Aspartame (E951): contains 6 mg aspartame in each sachet, a source of phenylalanine. It may be harmful if you have phenylketonuria (PKU), a rare genetic disorder in which phenylalanine builds up because the body cannot remove it properly.
- Sucrose: If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking this medicinal product.
- Sodium: This medicine contains 157 mg sodium (main component of cooking/table salt) in each sachet. This is equivalent to 7.85% of the recommended maximum daily dietary intake of sodium for an adult. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you need 3 or more sachets daily for a prolonged period, especially if you have been advised to follow a low salt diet.CONTAINS PARACETAMOL. Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
This product should be used only when clearly necessary.
Do not take more medicine than the label tells you to. If you do not get better, or if symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen, talk to a doctor.
Do not take with any other flu, cold or decongestant products. Do not take anything containing paracetamol while taking this medicine. Talk to a doctor at once if you take too much of this medicine, even if you feel well.
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, taking other medication, or are under medical care, consult your doctor before taking this product.

Product Uses
Directions of use: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a standard mug of hot, but not boiling, water (approx. 250ml). Allow to cool to a drinkable temperature.
Adults and children aged 12 years and over: 1 sachet every 4-6 hours as required, up to a maximum of 4 sachets in any 24 hours. Do not give to children under 12 years of age.
