Product Uses
Make sure the hands are clean and roll plug into a cylinder. Compress ear plug and insert into ear canal. Pull outer ear outwards and upwards to makefitting easier. Use your fingertips to hold the earplug in place until it starts to expand. Do not apply any force when fitting the earplug. To remove, gently hold the end of the ear plug and slowly remove from the ear.
