complex of Iron, Folic acid and Vitamins C, D & B12. Folic
acid is in the form of Quatrefolic®, a next-generation folate, in a
biologically active form, as found in our bodies. Each capsule helps
to reduce tiredness and fatigue and are a great addition to your diet
when your energy levels are depleted. Just take one capsule per day
