WEEE recycling

At Savers we comply with the WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) Regulations. This means we offer a takeback service of electrical equipment in all of our stores – this applies to like-for-like items. For example, if you buy a new electric toothbrush from us, we will recycle your old one for free.

You can exchange at the time of purchase or within 28 days of purchasing your new item, as long as you have your receipt. Electronic and electrical equipment are now marked with a crossed-out wheelie bin symbol as a reminder that these items can be recycled.

Battery recycling

All Savers stores have a battery collection point. Drop your used batteries at your nearest store and we will recycle them for you.
