Mystery Box – General Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1 The promoter of this offer is Savers Health and Beauty Limited (company number 02202838) whose registered office is Hutchison House, 5 Hester Road, Battersea, London SW11 4AN.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Mystery Box offer is available to UK residents only, aged 18 or over, who hold a registered Savers account.

2.2. Mystery Boxes may only be purchased online at Savers.co.uk or on the Savers mobile app.

2.3. Savers reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, abuse, bulk buying or a breach of these terms.

3. Promition Period

3.1. The Mystery Boxes will be available from X 7PM (UK time).

3.2. The offer will end once all available Mystery Boxes have sold out, unless withdrawn earlier by Savers where this becomes necessary for reasons outside of its reasonable control.

4. Availability

4.1. A total of (50) fifty Mystery Boxes are available.

4.2. Mystery Boxes are available on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability.

No guarantee can be given that all customers attempting to purchase will be able to do so.

5. Purchase Details

5.1. Each Mystery Box is priced at £19.99 excluding delivery charges unless otherwise stated.

5.2. Customers may purchase a maximum of one Mystery Box per person, subject to stock availability.

5.3. Savers reserves the right to impose maximum order limits per customer, account, household or transaction.

5.4. Standard Savers delivery terms, delivery times and delivery charges apply and will be shown during the checkout process.

6. Box Contents

6.1. Each Mystery Box contains a minimum of 25 full-sized products.

6.2. Products will be selected from a variety of categories, including health and wellness, beauty and cosmetics, fragrance, haircare, skincare, toiletries, household cleaning, baby care, home fragrance and electricals.

6.3. Products are selected at random and contents will vary between boxes.

6.4. No specific products, brands, variants, colours or fragrances are guaranteed.

7. Product Value

7.1. Each Mystery Box has a minimum guaranteed retail value of £70.00 based on Savers’ retail selling pricing at 24.06.2026

7.2. Where marketing materials refer to an average value of £82, that figure is calculated across all 50 Mystery Boxes using Savers’ retail selling prices as at 24.06.2026. The average value is indicative only and is not guaranteed for any individual box.

7.3. Product values exclude any items marked as promotional accessories or non-priced items.

8. Refunds, Exchanges & Returns

8.1. Due to the surprise nature of Mystery Boxes, customers cannot exchange or swap individual items within a box.

8.2. Mystery Boxes may not be returned or refunded.

8.3. This does not affect customers’ statutory rights. If a Mystery Box or any item in it is faulty, damaged, not as described, or if a customer has any applicable statutory cancellation right, those rights remain unaffected.

9.2. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

10. Data Protection

10.1. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Saver’s Privacy Policy.

11. General

11.1. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
