Reducing recommended quantity will lower the level of protection significantly. Re-apply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling. Over-exposure to the sun is a serious helath threat.

Product Uses
Apply 15 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 1-2 hours and after swimming or towelling. Use generously (2-3 tablespoons for the whole body) and rub in well. Avoid contact with fabrics. Using less product reduces protection. Shake well before use.
