            What is the morning shed trend?

            The morning shed trend found its fame on TikTok and refers to the process of layering night skincare and haircare products before “shedding”, a.k.a taking/washing them off come morning. Products such as night creams, overnight lip masks, hair masks and heatless curling rods are all used in a bid for smooth, shiny hair and glowing skin.
